Role & Responsibilities
- Focus on customer-centric service, creating a warm and refined environment to meet all client needs and expectations.
- Exceed personal sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store through high sales performance.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and product quality to achieve KPI goals.
- Demonstrate deep understanding of Miu Miu's history, culture, and brand DNA in client interactions.
- Actively gather and input customer information into the CRM system to build and strengthen client relationships.
- Understand and promote the omnichannel approach, integrating digital tools for a seamless luxury experience.
- Stay updated on fashion trends and competitor information to enhance client conversations and styling suggestions.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to address client feedback and complaints responsibly.
- Handle merchandise with utmost care and respect, ensuring a well-organized store environment.
- Utilize digital tools to provide an integrated luxury experience and maintain a high standard of client appointments.
Qualifications
- Passion for fashion and a fan of Miu Miu.
- Experience in luxury brand retail, premium retail, or select shops.
- Extensive experience in selling ready-to-wear, shoes, and leather goods.
- Experience in foreign trade and proven track record.
- Proficiency in using smartphones and experience in long-term client building and sales promotion.
- Fluency in English, Chinese, or Korean for sales experience (Japanese business level required).
- Professional demeanor and ability to take responsibility in tasks.
- Hospitality experience in different industries is welcomed.
Skills
Experience
Candidates should have experience in luxury retail sales, particularly in ready-to-wear, shoes, and leather goods. Experience in foreign trade and a proven sales track record are advantageous.
