Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure an exceptional and memorable luxury customer experience, prioritizing client needs and fostering meaningful relationships.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets, acting as a proactive player in delivering superior service both in-store and online.
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and an understanding of Miu Miu's history and brand values.
- Capture and manage customer data in the CRM to enhance personalized client interactions and future opportunities.
- Promote an Omni Channel approach, integrating digital tools to provide a seamless luxury experience.
- Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors to engage customers effectively and provide informed advice.
- Resolve client complaints in collaboration with the line manager and Client Service team.
- Adhere to company procedures regarding operations, security, inventory, and reporting.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent, exceptional customer experience and contribute to a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Passion for fashion with a dynamic and enthusiastic demeanor.
- Relevant sales experience, preferably in the luxury, fashion, or cosmetics industry.
- Customer-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
- Effective team player with a results-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
