Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee the buying process in alignment with Headquarters' Master Order selection.
- Manage product replenishment and rebalancing in collaboration with the Headquarters Retail Merchandising Manager to achieve sell-through targets.
- Analyze sales performance and sell-through, ensuring optimal stock management and timely replenishment to capitalize on business opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the Headquarters Retail Merchandising Department to ensure product availability.
- Conduct frequent visits to regional boutiques and shops to provide assistance, feedback, and enhance performance.
- Analyze market trends, competitor positioning, and clientele characteristics, relaying significant information to Headquarters.
- Facilitate seasonal product training for all shops.
- Enhance the sales capabilities of store managers and staff.
- Participate in periodic store managers' meetings to improve communication effectiveness.
- Work in conjunction with the Visual Merchandising Team to maintain brand image in shops.
Skills
