Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee the conception and execution of retail events, collaborating with various company functions to interpret creative briefs and maximize sales.
- Manage all aspects of event realization, including location scouting, timing, set design, budgeting, and supervision of services such as catering, security, and logistics.
- Administer dedicated budgets, plan activities, and control costs associated with event execution.
- Identify and negotiate with new vendors and suppliers to enhance event implementation within budget constraints.
- Monitor competitor activities within the event management sphere.
- Gather and analyze local market needs to inform event strategies.
- Produce comprehensive qualitative and quantitative reports on organized events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in the luxury or fashion industry.
- Proficiency in English and Korean.
