Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate event calendars for global regions, ensuring timely updates and alignment.
  • Collect and organize event data and results, maintaining accurate Excel files.
  • Prepare insightful reports and presentations on event performance using PowerPoint.
  • Assist in the creation of digital event invitations (e-vites).
  • Support the development of creative moodboards and internal decks to convey event concepts.
  • Update internal presentations and materials for team and management use.
  • Assist with supplier registration processes in internal systems.

Skills

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Proactive and flexible attitude with strong teamwork skills. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.

Experience

Previous in-store retail experience is advantageous, demonstrating customer understanding and business awareness.
