Overview

Miu Miu is the experimental, feminine ready-to-wear and accessories label within the Prada Group. Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate sample send-outs and returns; maintain sample inventory and update image proposals.
  • Prepare garments for viewing (steaming, inspection) and ensure all pieces are presented in pristine condition.
  • Manage domestic and international logistics for sample deliveries, liaising with couriers to guarantee timely arrivals.
  • Track VIP appearances across media channels, including photo agencies and social platforms, and monitor press coverage.
  • Maintain and update regional media and VIP contact lists.
  • Research emerging talent in film, music and fashion for potential collaborations and compile monthly reports on trends and rising talent.
  • Assist with organisation and on-site support for VIP fittings, events and seasonal gifting (including birthday gifts).
  • Provide general administrative support to the VIP team and contribute to ad-hoc projects as required.

Qualifications

  • Highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience desirable (internship-level experience acceptable); experience at a luxury brand or agency preferred.
  • Solid understanding of VIP and press management fundamentals, including showroom processes.
  • Strong sense of ownership, reliability and accountability.
  • Confident handling administrative and logistical tasks with a forward-thinking, detail-oriented approach.
  • Professional presentation skills and a hands-on attitude.

Experience

Some prior experience is preferred; internship-level experience in PR, communications, talent relations or within a luxury brand or agency is acceptable and advantageous.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Communications, PR, Fashion, Marketing or a related discipline is preferred.
