Role & Responsibilities

  • Supervise clienteling activities of store staff, developing specific plans for each Client Advisor.
  • Perform weekly and monthly customer and KPI analyses to monitor CRM performance.
  • Assist the Store Manager in designing CRM action plans aligned with business needs and event calendars.
  • Review and analyze Client Advisor performance on Clienteling and Retail KPIs, providing development plans.
  • Design and implement action plans focusing on data collection, client retention, and brand loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other departments on in-store product launches, events, and client experiences.
  • Ensure store staff is trained in Clienteling tools and best practices.
  • Oversee local training materials and sessions on CRM topics.
  • Support Sales Staff in managing VIC Clients and growing this segment.
  • Collaborate with PR Department in managing celebrities and influencers.
  • Work with the Local Retail team to enhance store performance.
  • Maintain knowledge of market and consumer trends to enhance staff's fashion sense.
  • Grow the store’s customer community through participation in external events.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in CRM management within the luxury retail sector.
  • Strong analytical skills for KPI and customer data analysis.
  • Experience in developing and implementing clienteling strategies.

Skills

Clienteling mindset with a focus on customer relationship management. Problem-solving skills with curiosity and interest in luxury fashion, art, and design. Self-motivated with a positive and collaborative approach. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience

Proven experience in CRM management within the luxury retail sector is required.
