Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee clienteling activities within the assigned store to maximize customer business in collaboration with the Store Manager.
- Clearly understand KPIs and contribute to achieving CRM and sales targets through an action-oriented approach.
- Drive business through private appointments and train sales staff on customer purchasing behavior analysis and optimal approach methods.
- Organize events and leverage loyalty programs to expand the customer network.
- Maximize sales, build customer relationships, and develop talent as the In Store CRM Manager for Miu Miu.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in CRM management within the luxury retail sector.
- Strong understanding of clienteling and customer relationship management.
- Ability to analyze customer purchasing behavior and implement effective strategies.
