Role & Responsibilities
- Enhance store team capabilities through practical customer service guidance.
- Collaborate with the Retail Trainer to observe store staff and provide tailored support and training.
- Identify training opportunities based on store observations and feedback.
- Support onboarding of new staff with comprehensive training initiatives.
- Facilitate coaching sessions and performance analysis to improve team effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Japanese at a business level, such as JLPT N1.
- Minimum of 3 years of retail sales experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in coaching or developing store staff.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with store teams.
- Flexibility, collaborative attitude, and proactive problem-solving skills.

Experience
