Role & Responsibilities
- Provide real-time coaching and feedback to store teams through store visits.
- Observe store operations to identify training opportunities.
- Measure the impact of coaching through before-and-after assessments.
- Support the onboarding process for new staff members.
- Assist in the facilitation of in-class training sessions on sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Analyze training performance and provide administrative support.
- Share insights and propose improvements in collaboration with the Retail Trainer.
Qualifications
- Business-level proficiency in Japanese (e.g., JLPT N1).
- Minimum of 3 years of retail sales experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in coaching or developing store staff.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 3 years in retail sales and 3 years in coaching or staff development within a retail environment.
