Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily activities to ensure the smooth operation and updating of MiuMiu.com.
- Assist in managing and implementing special projects, new features, and cross-functional initiatives.
- Perform quality checks to ensure consistency and accuracy across the Ecommerce channel globally.
- Support content creation for the product catalog and website sections, focusing on editorial copy and technical product descriptions.
- Assist in conceiving and writing newsletter content and product catalogue descriptions, ensuring alignment with the brand's tone of voice and commercial objectives.
- Prepare internal and cross-functional briefs and reports.
- Collaborate with communication, social, and performance media teams to support campaign execution and communication projects.
- Conduct online competitor monitoring and benchmarking.
Qualifications
- Degree or Master's Degree in Economics, Management, or related fields.
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.
Skills
Experience
No prior experience required, but a basic understanding of eCommerce and digital principles is beneficial.
