Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador for Miu Miu, passionately conveying the brand's philosophy.
- Lead the team and specific category to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences with a customer-first approach.
- Analyze performance metrics and propose action plans to enhance sales and performance.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to drive sales strategies and exceed store budget goals.
- Maximize sales, build customer relationships, and develop talent on the front lines.
