Role & Responsibilities
- Drive the department team to exceed financial targets and maximize sales performance.
- Support the Store Manager in developing and implementing business plans.
- Ensure excellence in client experience by leading by example on the sales floor.
- Foster cross-selling and upselling among product categories.
- Encourage the use of digital tools to enhance client relationships and achieve business objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships and ensure high client satisfaction.
