Role & Responsibilities

• Drive the department team to exceed financial targets and maximize sales performance.
• Support the Store Manager in developing and implementing business plans.
• Foster cross-selling and up-selling among product categories.
• Ensure the highest standard of client service on the sales floor.
• Encourage the use of digital tools to enhance client relationships and achieve business objectives.
• Develop and maintain solid client relationships, ensuring excellent client satisfaction.
• Motivate and coach the team to achieve sales targets and maximize commercial opportunities.
• Ensure effective and efficient care of the company's assets and adherence to company policies.

Experience

Education
