Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a Brand Ambassador and achieve qualitative and quantitative objectives for the assigned product category.
- Manage and motivate the department team to exceed sales targets and ensure exceptional client service.
- Analyze department performance and implement strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Provide commercial suggestions to the Store Manager and foster e-commerce channel development.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and strengthen customer loyalty through clienteling activities.
- Train and inspire sales staff in product knowledge, sales techniques, and company procedures.
- Identify high-potential collaborators for internal development opportunities.
- Ensure effective communication and encourage information sharing within the team.
- Guarantee in-depth product knowledge and support product/collection training needs.
- Provide feedback and suggestions on department needs to the Store Manager.
- Ensure effective visual presentation and back-of-house organization.
- Protect company assets and maintain staff grooming standards.
Qualifications
- Fluent in German and English; additional languages are desirable.
- Passion and knowledge of the managed product category.

Skills
Experience
Previous experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector is preferred.
Education
Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus.
