Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a Brand Ambassador, achieving qualitative and quantitative objectives for the assigned product category.
- Manage and motivate the department team to meet sales targets while ensuring exceptional client service.
- Provide commercial suggestions and insights to the Store Manager.
- Drive the team to exceed their KPIs and foster the development of the e-commerce channel.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and strengthen customer loyalty through clienteling activities.
- Train and inspire sales staff in product knowledge, sales techniques, and company procedures.
- Identify high-potential collaborators for internal development opportunities.
- Ensure effective communication and information sharing within the team.
- Guarantee in-depth product knowledge and support product/collection training needs.
- Provide feedback and suggestions on department needs to the Store Manager.
- Ensure the visual presentation and efficient organization of the department.
- Protect company assets and maintain staff grooming standards.
Qualifications
- Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus.
- Fluent spoken English; other languages are desirable.

Proven experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry is required.
