Role & Responsibilities
- Prioritize client needs and create a warm, refined environment to deliver exceptional service aligned with the 'Client Journey Ceremony'.
- Aim to exceed personal sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store through high sales performance.
- Demonstrate a strong desire to achieve KPI targets and maintain the highest standards of customer service and product quality.
- Exhibit deep understanding of Miu Miu's history, culture, and brand DNA to enhance customer communication.
- Actively gather customer information and accurately input it into the CRM system to build, maintain, and strengthen client relationships.
- Understand and promote the omnichannel approach, integrating digital tools to provide a seamless luxury experience.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fashion trends and competitor information to inform client interactions and styling suggestions.
- Collaborate with store management and customer service teams to address client feedback and claims responsibly.
- Handle merchandise with utmost care and respect, ensuring a pristine store environment.
- Utilize digital tools to offer an integrated luxury experience and conduct high-quality client appointments both in-store and virtually.
- Participate in store operations and maintain an organized stock environment in collaboration with the back office.
- Adhere to internal operational guidelines, inventory management, security, and logistics duties as required.

Qualifications
- Passion for fashion and a genuine affinity for the Miu Miu brand.
- Experience in luxury retail, premium retail, or select shop sales and client relations.
- Extensive sales experience in ready-to-wear, shoes, and leather goods.
- Proven track record in external sales and related achievements.
- Experience in long-term client building activities and sales promotions using smart devices.
- Fluency in English, Chinese, or Korean for sales experience, with advanced Japanese skills required.
