Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional in-store customer experiences, embodying the brand's philosophy and values.
- Cultivate and maintain client relationships using CRM and digital tools to enhance brand loyalty.
- Engage in cross-selling across departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
- Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
- Address customer complaints effectively, liaising with management when necessary.
- Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual display in compliance with company guidelines.
- Ensure product security and prevent thefts.
- Manage daily goods receipt and organize merchandise according to corporate procedures.
- Conduct product counting and stock-takes efficiently.
- Track product flow using the SAP system.
- Oversee stockroom activities related to markdowns and manage product flow during repairs.
- Ensure timely returns, shop-to-shop transfers, and e-commerce deliveries in line with corporate guidelines.
Qualifications
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Strong affinity for luxury products.
- High sense of responsibility and maturity.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Organized and detail-oriented with an assertive demeanor.
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
Education
A degree in Business or Retail Management is advantageous.
