Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional in-store customer service, ensuring a memorable shopping experience.
- Cultivate and maintain client relationships using individual approaches and digital tools.
- Engage in cross-selling across departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve targets.
- Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
- Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
- Address customer complaints effectively, involving management when necessary.
- Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual displays in line with company guidelines.
- Ensure product security and prevent thefts.
- Manage daily goods receipt and merchandise arrangement per corporate procedures.
- Organize and conduct product counts and stock-takes.
- Track product flow using the SAP system.
- Oversee stockroom activities related to markdowns and manage product repairs.
- Ensure timely returns, shop-to-shop transfers, and e-commerce deliveries following corporate guidelines.
Qualifications
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Strong affinity for luxury products.
- High sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Mature and assertive demeanor.
- Degree in Business/Retail Management or equivalent is a plus.
