Client Advisor

Overview

Role & Responsibilities

• Serve as the brand ambassador who embodies Miu Miu’s values and conveys the brand philosophy to clients.
• Deliver an exceptional in-store experience through personalised greeting, styling guidance and attentive service.
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships using an individualised approach and CRM/digital tools.
• Proactively pursue sales opportunities, cross-sell across departments and meet individual sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product collections, fashion trends and competitor activity.
• Ensure the shop floor and visual displays meet brand merchandising standards and operational guidelines.
• Manage customer concerns professionally, escalating to line management when required.
• Support loss-prevention measures and contribute to a secure retail environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable passion for customer relations and luxury retail sales.
• Proven ability to build and sustain long-lasting client relationships.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; English required.
• Team-oriented with the capacity to work independently when necessary.
• Strong interest in fashion, art and design, with product-category expertise.

Experience

Previous experience in luxury retail or client-facing sales roles with a track record of developing client relationships and achieving sales targets.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certifications in fashion/retail or luxury sales preferred.
