Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as a brand ambassador, conveying the brand philosophy and values to clients.
  • Maximize individual and team sales by providing an extraordinary luxury customer experience.
  • Capture and maintain customer data in the CRM to foster personalized client relationships.
  • Promote an Omni Channel mindset to enhance customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional customer experience.
  • Engage in cross-selling across departments to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
  • Address customer complaints effectively, liaising with management as necessary.
  • Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual display in line with company guidelines.
  • Contribute to security measures to prevent product theft.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in building long-lasting client relationships.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.

Skills

Passion for luxury retail and sales. Curiosity and interest in fashion, art, and design. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ambition, resilience, and self-motivation. Result-driven and problem-solving abilities. In-depth knowledge of the managed product category.

Experience

Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role is required.
