Role & Responsibilities
- Provide an exceptional in-store experience by welcoming and serving customers.
- Cultivate and enhance client relationships using personalized approaches and digital tools.
- Engage in cross-selling across all departments to meet individual sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay informed about current fashion trends and competitors.
- Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
- Address customer complaints effectively, consulting with management when necessary.
- Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual displays in accordance with company guidelines.
- Contribute to store security and prevent product theft.
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
