Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional luxury customer experience, placing the client at the forefront and catering to their needs and expectations.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets, contributing proactively to store success.
- Exceed KPI goals, ensuring superior sales and customer service quality.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Miu Miu products, history, and brand values.
- Capture and manage customer data in the CRM system to foster personalized client relationships.
- Embrace and promote an Omni Channel approach to sales and service.
- Stay informed on luxury fashion trends and competitors to engage customers effectively.
- Resolve client complaints in collaboration with the line manager and Client Service team.
- Handle products with the utmost care and respect.
- Utilize digital tools to enhance the luxury experience.
- Conduct customer appointments in-person or virtually.
- Collaborate with Back of House for daily store operations and stock management.
- Adhere to company procedures on operations, security, cash handling, inventory, and reporting.
- Foster a positive team environment, embracing diversity and inclusion values.

- Experience in a luxury or premium brand environment
