Role & Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming environment for customers, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service.
- Exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the store's overall success.
- Achieve and surpass KPI goals, maintaining high standards of sales and customer service.
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of products, Prada history, and brand values.
- Capture and maintain customer data in the CRM for personalized service and future opportunities.
- Promote an Omni Channel mindset, integrating in-store and online experiences.
- Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors to engage and advise customers.
- Resolve client complaints in collaboration with management and client services.
- Handle products with care and respect, maintaining brand standards.
- Utilize digital tools to enhance the luxury customer experience.
- Conduct customer appointments in-person or virtually.
- Collaborate with the Back of House team to ensure efficient store operations.
- Comply with company procedures regarding operations, security, and inventory.
- Foster a positive team environment, embracing diversity and inclusion.

- Experience within a luxury or premium brand.
