Role & Responsibilities
- Provide an exceptional luxury customer experience, prioritizing client needs and fostering meaningful relationships.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador, conveying and promoting the Brand philosophy and values.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets, ensuring superior service in-store and online.
- Exceed KPI goals, maintaining high standards of sales and customer service.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of products and the brand's history and culture.
- Capture and manage customer data in the CRM to maintain and develop client relationships.
- Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset.
- Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors to engage customers effectively.
- Resolve client complaints in collaboration with management and the Client Service team.
- Handle products with care and respect.
- Utilize digital tools to offer an integrated luxury experience.
- Conduct customer appointments both in-person and virtually.
- Collaborate with the Back of House team, participating in daily store operations and stock management.
- Comply with company procedures on operations, security, cash handling, inventory, and reporting.
- Foster a positive working environment, embracing diversity and inclusion values.
Qualifications
- Experience within a luxury or premium brand.
Skills
Experience
Prior experience in a similar role within a luxury or premium brand is required.
