Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide an exceptional in-store experience by welcoming and serving customers.
  • Cultivate and maintain client relationships using CRM and digital tools.
  • Engage in cross-selling across all departments to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
  • Address customer complaints effectively, liaising with the line manager as needed.
  • Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual display in line with company guidelines.
  • Contribute to store security and prevent product theft.
  • Ensure the safety and proper handling of products in the warehouse.
  • Manage daily goods receipt and merchandise arrangement following corporate procedures.
  • Organize and conduct product counts and stock-takes.
  • Track product flow using the SAP system.
  • Oversee product flow during repairs and manage stockroom activities related to markdowns.
  • Ensure returns, shop-to-shop transfers, and e-commerce deliveries adhere to corporate guidelines and deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in spoken English; additional languages are advantageous.
  • Strong affinity for luxury products.
  • High sense of responsibility.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Mature and assertive demeanor.
  • Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus.
  • Interest in luxury fashion, art, and design.

Experience
