Client Advisor Intern

Overview

Role & Responsibilities

• Greet clients and deliver a boutique experience aligned with luxury standards and the House’s identity.
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships through personalised service and proactive clienteling.
• Use CRM and digital tools to manage client records, follow-ups and targeted communications.
• Maximise sales opportunities and execute effective cross-selling across all product categories to meet individual sales KPIs.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and awareness of fashion trends and competitive activity.
• Manage client enquiries and escalations, liaising with managers when necessary to resolve issues.
• Ensure the sales floor meets visual merchandising and display standards and comply with operational and stock procedures.
• Support store loss-prevention and security measures to protect merchandise and customers.

Qualifications

• Strong enthusiasm for sales and client-facing interaction.
• Demonstrated ability to create and grow client relationships; previous retail or luxury experience is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving aptitude with the ability to act swiftly and professionally on client issues.
• Team-oriented with the capacity to work autonomously when required.
• Fluent in French and English; proficiency in a third language is a plus.

Demonstrated experience in customer-facing roles with proven ability to establish and develop client relationships; prior retail or luxury sales exposure preferred.

Education

Currently enrolled in higher education (business, fashion, retail or related discipline) or equivalent.
