Role & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a memorable luxury experience for clients.
• Exceed individual and team sales targets, contributing to store success.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Miu Miu products, history, and brand values.
• Capture and manage customer data to foster long-term relationships.
• Promote an Omni Channel mindset, integrating in-store and digital experiences.
• Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors to advise clients effectively.
• Resolve client complaints in collaboration with management and client services.
• Utilize digital tools to enhance the luxury shopping experience.
• Conduct customer appointments both in-person and virtually.
• Support back-of-house operations, maintaining an organized stock room.
• Adhere to company procedures regarding operations, security, and inventory.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Passion for fashion and enthusiasm for the luxury industry.
• Relevant sales experience, preferably in luxury, fashion, or cosmetics.
• Strong customer orientation with a drive to achieve sales targets.
• Excellent teamwork and result-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
