Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and serve customers, providing an exceptional in-store experience.
- Maintain and develop client relationships using CRM and digital tools.
- Engage in cross-selling across departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual sales targets.
- Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
- Demonstrate extensive brand and product knowledge.
- Address customer complaints effectively, liaising with the line manager when necessary.
- Ensure high standards of shop floor and visual display, adhering to company guidelines and stock procedures.
- Contribute to a high level of security and prevent product thefts.
Qualifications
- Fluent in German and English.
- Strong understanding of the luxury retail market.
