Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide an exceptional in-store experience by welcoming and serving customers with excellence.
  • Cultivate and maintain client relationships using personalized approaches and leveraging CRM and digital tools.
  • Engage in cross-selling across departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors to maintain brand and product knowledge.
  • Effectively address customer complaints, coordinating with the line manager as necessary.
  • Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual display in compliance with company operational guidelines and stock procedures.
  • Contribute to store security by being vigilant and preventing product thefts.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with a diverse clientele. Strong sales and negotiation abilities to meet and exceed sales targets. Passion for luxury fashion trends and understanding of the luxury retail market. Fluency in spoken German and English.

Experience

Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar client-facing role is preferred.
