Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure an outstanding in-store experience.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships using CRM and digital tools.
  • Engage in cross-selling across departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve sales targets.
  • Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
  • Address customer complaints effectively in collaboration with the line manager.
  • Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual display in line with company guidelines.
  • Contribute to store security and prevent product thefts.
  • Ensure safe handling and storage of products and valuable materials in the warehouse.
  • Manage daily goods receipt and merchandise arrangement according to corporate procedures.
  • Organize and conduct product counts and stock-takes.
  • Track product flow using the SAP system.
  • Oversee product flow during repairs and manage stockroom activities related to markdowns.
  • Facilitate returns, shop-to-shop transfers, and e-commerce deliveries following corporate guidelines.

Skills

Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous. Strong affinity for luxury products. High sense of responsibility. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Organized and detail-oriented. Mature and assertive demeanor.

Experience

Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
