Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure an outstanding in-store experience.
- Develop and maintain client relationships using CRM and digital tools.
- Engage in cross-selling across departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve sales targets.
- Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
- Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
- Address customer complaints effectively in collaboration with the line manager.
- Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual display in line with company guidelines.
- Contribute to store security and prevent product thefts.
- Ensure safe handling and storage of products and valuable materials in the warehouse.
- Manage daily goods receipt and merchandise arrangement according to corporate procedures.
- Organize and conduct product counts and stock-takes.
- Track product flow using the SAP system.
- Oversee product flow during repairs and manage stockroom activities related to markdowns.
- Facilitate returns, shop-to-shop transfers, and e-commerce deliveries following corporate guidelines.
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
