Role & Responsibilities
- Prioritize the customer experience by creating a welcoming environment and meeting all client needs, adhering to the 'client journey ceremony.'
- Strive to exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the store's overall success.
- Surpass KPI goals while ensuring top-tier sales and customer service.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of Miu Miu products, history, culture, and DNA.
- Capture and maintain customer data in the company CRM to foster personalized relationships and future opportunities.
- Promote an Omni Channel mindset.
- Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors to engage customers and provide advice.
- Resolve client complaints in collaboration with the line manager and Client Service team.
- Handle products with utmost care and respect.
- Utilize company digital tools to enhance the luxury experience.
- Conduct customer appointments both in-person and virtually.
- Collaborate with the Back of House team to maintain store operations and organized stock rooms.
- Adhere to company procedures regarding operations, security, cash activity, inventory, and logistics.
- Foster a team-oriented environment, promoting open communication and embracing diversity and inclusion.
Qualifications
- Experience in a luxury or premium brand environment.
