Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as a brand ambassador, conveying Miu Miu's philosophy and values to clients.
  • Maximize individual and team sales by providing an extraordinary luxury customer experience.
  • Create a welcoming environment and meet client needs in accordance with the 'client journey ceremony'.
  • Capture and maintain customer data in the CRM to foster relationships and brand loyalty.
  • Embrace and promote an Omni Channel approach.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional customer experience.
  • Engage in cross-selling to maximize sales opportunities and achieve sales targets.
  • Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
  • Effectively manage customer complaints, liaising with management as necessary.
  • Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual displays, adhering to operational guidelines.
  • Contribute to store security and prevent product theft.

Skills

Passion for selling and retail environments Interest in luxury fashion, art, and design Experience in building long-lasting client relationships Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ambition, resilience, self-motivation, and problem-solving abilities Fluency in French and English; Russian proficiency is advantageous

Experience

Proven experience in luxury retail or a similar client-facing role.
