Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming and assisting clients, ensuring a superior in-store experience.
  • Cultivate and maintain client relationships using personalized approaches and leveraging CRM and digital tools.
  • Engage in cross-selling across departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Stay informed about current fashion trends and competitors.
  • Exhibit comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
  • Address customer complaints effectively, involving the line manager when necessary.
  • Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual display in accordance with company operational guidelines and stock procedures.
  • Contribute to store security and prevent product thefts.
  • Ensure the safety and proper handling of products and valuable materials in the warehouse.
  • Manage daily goods receipt, merchandise arrangement, and product preparation for sales floor and special areas.
  • Organize and conduct product counts and stock-takes.
  • Track product flow accurately using the SAP system.
  • Oversee product flow during repairs and manage stockroom activities related to markdowns.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate guidelines and deadlines for returns, shop-to-shop transfers, and e-commerce deliveries.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in spoken English; additional languages are advantageous.
  • Strong affinity for luxury products.
  • High sense of responsibility and maturity.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Assertive demeanor.

Experience

Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
