Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the in-store experience.
  • Cultivate and maintain client relationships using CRM and digital tools.
  • Engage in cross-selling across departments to meet sales targets and KPIs.
  • Stay informed on fashion trends and competitor activities.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
  • Address customer complaints effectively, involving management when necessary.
  • Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual display in line with company guidelines.
  • Contribute to store security and prevent product theft.

Skills

Strong passion for human relations and sales Effective problem-solving abilities Curiosity and interest in luxury fashion, art, and design Experience in building long-term client relationships Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills In-depth knowledge of the product category managed Proficiency in English; Mandarin is advantageous

Experience

Experience in luxury retail sales and client relationship management is preferred.
