Role & Responsibilities

  • Stay informed about fashion trends and competitor activities, and communicate insights to the sales team.
  • Uphold the corporate image and ensure staff alignment with brand standards.
  • Assist the Store Manager in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining brand quality standards.
  • Promote customer loyalty and cultivate strong client relationships.
  • Support the Store Manager in fostering an entrepreneurial spirit and effective team communication.
  • Facilitate staff professional growth and training by collaborating on development plans with the Store Manager.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies in collaboration with Retail Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, and Retail Operations teams.
  • Ensure seamless cooperation between front and back office operations.
  • Maintain store image and product care in accordance with corporate standards, ensuring staff commitment to these standards.

Experience
