Role & Responsibilities
- Stay informed on fashion trends and competitor activities, and communicate insights to the sales team.
- Ensure the store and staff reflect the corporate image and standards.
- Support the Store Manager in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining brand quality standards.
- Promote customer loyalty and develop strong client relationships.
- Encourage a team-oriented and entrepreneurial spirit within the store.
- Facilitate professional growth and training for staff in collaboration with the Store Manager.
- Develop sales strategies in coordination with Retail Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, and Retail Operations teams.
- Ensure cooperation between front and back office functions.
- Maintain store image and product care in line with corporate standards.
Qualifications
- Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous

Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably within the luxury fashion sector.
