Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain the visual assets database, ensuring all photos and videos are registered with appropriate copyrights and legends according to the defined classification.
  • Ensure all collected content is cleared in terms of intellectual property rights.
  • Adhere to planning and priorities as defined by the Visual Asset Coordinator.
  • Ensure the quality of the database and identify potential technical improvements.
  • Prepare visual assets in albums for distribution to relevant stakeholders within the Foundation and external parties.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in digital visual asset classification.

Skills

Knowledge in visual communication with an interest in craftsmanship and the métiers d’art. Familiarity with digital asset management systems. Understanding of intellectual property rights. Proficiency in computer applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Photoshop. Bilingual proficiency in English and French. Rigorous, detail-oriented, and proactive. Strong team player.

Experience

At least 1 year of experience in digital visual asset classification is required.
