Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Press and Media Coordinator in managing press inquiries.
  • Coordinate the production of press materials.
  • Assist in organizing press-related events, including meetings, conferences, and press trips, handling travel and logistics.
  • Prepare PR reports and coverage analyses.
  • Maintain and update the press master list in collaboration with the digital team.
  • Assist in the execution of local activations and media plans.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in English; proficiency in French and Italian is advantageous.
  • Training in communication or humanities is preferred.

Skills

Detail-oriented and well-organized. Strong interpersonal communication skills. Interest in art and culture. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Ability to work autonomously and adapt to various tasks.

Experience

No prior experience required, but an interest in press and media coordination is beneficial.

Education

Training in communication or humanities preferred.
