Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Press and Media Coordinator in managing press inquiries.
- Coordinate the production of press materials.
- Assist in organizing press-related events, including meetings, conferences, and press trips, handling travel and logistics.
- Prepare PR reports and coverage analyses.
- Maintain and update the press master list in collaboration with the digital team.
- Assist in the execution of local activations and media plans.
Qualifications
- Fluency in English; proficiency in French and Italian is advantageous.
- Training in communication or humanities is preferred.

No prior experience required, but an interest in press and media coordination is beneficial.
