Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with the Photo Editor to organize and manage the collection of visual assets for the Homo Faber Guide, ensuring alignment with geographical scope and strategic objectives.
  • Centralize and verify visual assets received from partners, ensuring all necessary information is included and intellectual property rights are cleared.
  • Communicate with stakeholders, including artisans and contributors, to address image requirements and follow up on submissions.
  • Select and curate images for the Homo Faber Guide, maintaining visual coherence and overseeing the validation process for stakeholder profile pages.
  • Process and manage object images, ensuring proper treatment and adherence to guidelines.
  • Optimize storage of images on digital platforms such as drives, Salesforce, and OCP, ensuring proper naming conventions and metadata inclusion.
  • Prepare image selections for website updates, including homepage and thematic sections.
  • Manage the image library database, uploading assets with appropriate metadata and ensuring classification meets internal stakeholder needs.

Qualifications

  • 3 years of experience in digital visual asset management and selection.
  • Familiarity with digital asset management systems.

Skills

Proficiency in computer applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Photoshop. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Fluency in English and/or French; Italian language skills are advantageous.

Experience

3 years of experience in digital visual asset management and selection, with familiarity in digital asset management systems.
