Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the Photo Editor to organize and manage the collection of visual assets for the Homo Faber Guide, ensuring alignment with geographical scope and strategic objectives.
- Centralize and verify visual assets received from partners, ensuring all necessary information is included and intellectual property rights are cleared.
- Communicate with stakeholders, including artisans and contributors, to address image requirements and follow up on submissions.
- Select and curate images for the Homo Faber Guide, maintaining visual coherence and overseeing the validation process for stakeholder profile pages.
- Process and manage object images, ensuring proper treatment and adherence to guidelines.
- Optimize storage of images on digital platforms such as drives, Salesforce, and OCP, ensuring proper naming conventions and metadata inclusion.
- Prepare image selections for website updates, including homepage and thematic sections.
- Manage the image library database, uploading assets with appropriate metadata and ensuring classification meets internal stakeholder needs.
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in digital visual asset management and selection.
- Familiarity with digital asset management systems.
