Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive personal and team sales performance to meet KPIs including AUR, UPT, ADS and conversion.
  • Lead by example in styling, clienteling and delivering elevated luxury service to cultivate long-term client relationships.
  • Coach, motivate and provide real-time feedback to store associates; support onboarding and ongoing training of new hires.
  • Maintain and execute visual merchandising standards, ensuring brand presentation, store cleanliness and impactful displays.
  • Support inventory accuracy, shrink prevention and loss-prevention procedures to uphold operational integrity.
  • Support omni-channel retail services (BOPIS, ship-from-store) and manage opening/closing procedures in leadership absence.

Qualifications

  • Proven supervisory experience in fashion retail or luxury brand environment.
  • Demonstrable experience in visual merchandising and retail display execution.
  • Strong commercial orientation with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Exceptional client service skills with ability to manage and resolve client concerns professionally.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings and peak retail periods.

Experience
