Role & Responsibilities
- Drive personal and team sales performance to meet KPIs including AUR, UPT, ADS and conversion.
- Lead by example in styling, clienteling and delivering elevated luxury service to cultivate long-term client relationships.
- Coach, motivate and provide real-time feedback to store associates; support onboarding and ongoing training of new hires.
- Maintain and execute visual merchandising standards, ensuring brand presentation, store cleanliness and impactful displays.
- Support inventory accuracy, shrink prevention and loss-prevention procedures to uphold operational integrity.
- Support omni-channel retail services (BOPIS, ship-from-store) and manage opening/closing procedures in leadership absence.
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory experience in fashion retail or luxury brand environment.
- Demonstrable experience in visual merchandising and retail display execution.
- Strong commercial orientation with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Exceptional client service skills with ability to manage and resolve client concerns professionally.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings and peak retail periods.
Skills
Experience
Typically 2+ years of retail experience, including at least one year in a supervisory or visual merchandising role within fashion or luxury retail. Proven record of developing sales performance and maintaining visual standards.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary training or certification in visual merchandising, retail management or fashion preferred.
