Role & Responsibilities
- Conceive, plan and execute window and in-store displays that reflect Michael Kors brand standards and seasonal directives.
- Implement store visual directives, planograms and merchandising resets for product launches and collections.
- Maintain visual quality, signage, props and fixtures to ensure a polished and commercial presentation throughout the store.
- Collaborate closely with store management and sales teams to align displays with commercial priorities and inventory levels.
- Support stockroom organization and product flow to facilitate visual merchandising activities and replenishment.
- Prepare, install and dismantle merchandising elements for events, promotions and seasonal transitions.
- Report display status and needs to regional visual merchandising or store leadership; manage minor prop repairs and maintenance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in visual merchandising within fashion retail; experience with premium or luxury brands preferred.
- Strong aesthetic sensibility with excellent attention to detail and a demonstrated eye for composition and colour.
- Ability to work a 25-hour weekly schedule, including flexibility for display installs outside core shop hours.
- Good physical stamina and ability to handle light to moderate lifting, ladder work and on-floor installations.
- Reliable, self-motivated and able to prioritise multiple visual projects to meet store deadlines.
- Customer-focused demeanour and effective communication skills when liaising with store teams.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 2 years' hands-on visual merchandising experience in fashion retail, preferably within premium or luxury segments. Demonstrable portfolio of executed displays and in-store projects is advantageous.
Education
Vocational qualification in visual merchandising, retail, design or equivalent practical experience; portfolio or work samples preferred.
