Role & Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day global cash management and treasury operations with a primary focus on North America retail activity.
- Serve as treasury liaison to Retail, Cash Audit, Sales Audit and Loss Prevention on store-level cash, banking matters and missing deposit investigations.
- Support new store openings and closures, including bank account setup/closure, deposit slip coordination, armored courier arrangements and required banking documentation.
- Create, triage and resolve store banking cases; coordinate approvals, manage external partners and maintain service-level tracking for retail banking requests.
- Order, track and manage store deposit supplies and maintain accurate inventory records by store.
- Coordinate armored courier schedules, escalate service issues, and reconcile missed pickups, service credits and penalties.
- Prepare and investigate daily deposit activity files; reconcile courier and bank reporting and follow up on missing or delayed deposits.
- Perform monthly retail bank account analyses and reconciliations and resolve discrepancies with internal stakeholders.
- Execute FX spot trades via FXALL in accordance with policy and support ad hoc FX activity as required.
- Maintain and update retail banking trackers, account records and store onboarding/closure documentation.
- Support SOX and internal controls by documenting evidence, maintaining treasury controls and preparing audit support.
- Produce recurring and ad hoc retail treasury reporting and KPI metrics, and document/maintain standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics.
- 1–2 years of professional experience in Finance, Banking or Treasury Operations.
- Demonstrated proficiency with reconciliations, cash management and banking operations.
- Expert-level Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with online bank platforms.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage time-sensitive tasks across stakeholders.

1–2 years of finance, banking or treasury operations experience required; prior retail treasury or store cash-management experience is preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics.
