Trade Marketing Coordinator

Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Wholesale Marketing Manager to develop and deliver cost‑effective, seasonal marketing plans and in-store activations across EMEA wholesale, concession and retail channels.
- Coordinate end-to-end campaign execution from briefing and creative sign‑off through to production, distribution to stores and post‑campaign monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (digital, PR, sales, visual merchandising) to deliver integrated 360° marketing initiatives including pop‑ups, influencer partnerships and digital drive‑to‑store activity.
- Manage day‑to‑day communications with wholesale partners, share seasonal assets and ensure alignment of brand messaging across partner channels.
- Facilitate store‑led clienteling initiatives and appointments (virtual and in‑store), including management of seasonal tools and GWP allocation.
- Own project budget tracking and report on ROI and campaign performance metrics.
- Identify strategic commercial opportunities across product categories (women’s, men’s, kids) to support wholesale growth objectives.
- Produce market and competitor reports, monitor industry trends and propose innovative marketing ideas.
- Coordinate market visits across the EMEA region for project launches and ensure local execution meets brand standards.
- Build and maintain transparent relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and quality control.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably within the luxury sector and with exposure to wholesale/partner channels.
- Proven track record planning and delivering omnichannel campaigns, including in‑store and digital activations.
- Strong organisational skills with experience owning projects, maintaining trackers and managing multiple deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to report on ROI and present actionable insights.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; second European language is a plus.
