Store Planning Analyst

Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain and track North America store plans, supporting the annual planning cycle and ensuring alignment with commercial objectives.
- Manage forecasting for new stores and renovations and act as primary cross-functional contact for new store initiatives.
- Prepare, distribute and maintain weekly and monthly performance reports, including detailed recaps for new and renovated stores.
- Create and distribute daily sales plans by store and ensure timely delivery of sales plan data.
- Coordinate global sales plan reporting and validate data to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Partner with North America store teams to surface qualitative business trends and translate findings into actionable insights for corporate stakeholders.
- Support implementation of new tools and processes alongside the Senior Store Planner to increase efficiency and data fidelity.
- Document processes, maintain data accuracy, and independently manage assigned projects and deliverables to deadline.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's degree; Business, Finance, Analytics or related field preferred
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in retail planning, store analytics, forecasting or related functions
- Advanced Excel proficiency (complex formulas, pivot tables, data modelling)
- Demonstrated forecasting, reporting and analytical problem-solving skills with strong attention to data accuracy
- Familiarity with Tableau a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and proven ability to work cross-functionally
- Proven organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint
- Exposure to automation and AI tools (e.g., Copilot) is a plus

Experience
2–5 years of experience in retail or store planning, store analytics, financial forecasting, or related roles supporting store operations — experience working with North America retail teams preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics or a related field preferred.
