Role & Responsibilities
- Own full P&L‑relevant responsibility for the store and deliver against the agreed business plan and sales targets.
- Lead, recruit and retain a larger store team; build a high‑performing culture through coaching, development and performance management.
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth, compliant workflows across sales, stock, merchandising and visual standards.
- Drive and maximise omni‑channel sales performance by leveraging in‑store and digital tools and technologies.
- Inspire and model exceptional customer experience and brand standards; act as a visible, motivational leader on the sales floor.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to implement promotional activity, localised initiatives and market feedback.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience managing busy retail locations and larger teams within specialty/fashion retail.
- Strong commercial acumen with KPI‑driven mindset and demonstrable results orientation.
- Hands‑on approach, high ownership and ability to operate in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop talent through structured coaching and feedback.
- Proactive problem‑solver with flexibility and entrepreneurial thinking; passion for fashion and market trends.
- English language skills advantageous.

Experience
Demonstrable, relevant leadership experience in high‑traffic retail stores and in managing larger teams within fashion or specialty retail, with a track record of meeting sales targets and developing staff.
Education
Vocational qualification in retail, business or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience in retail management; formal retail management training preferred.
