Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead, empower and develop the store team to deliver an elevated client experience and build lasting customer relationships.
  • Recruit, hire and retain top retail talent; create a high-performance culture focused on coaching and development.
  • Deliver operational excellence across all store processes, ensuring standards for merchandising, visual presentation and loss prevention.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans using business analytics to meet and exceed productivity and revenue goals.
  • Drive foot traffic and brand awareness through local community engagement and events.
  • Maximise omnichannel sales by leveraging all available tools and retail technology to convert and fulfil customer demand.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced outlet environment; act as a hands-on, entrepreneurially minded leader.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of relevant Store Manager experience with proven leadership in retail.
  • Demonstrable track record of driving sales, managing performance and developing teams.
  • Experience recruiting, hiring and retaining high-calibre retail staff.
  • Client-service orientation with a passion for styling, luxury product presentation and relationship selling.
  • Availability to work retail hours including weekends and peak seasonal periods.

Experience
