Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop the store team to deliver an elevated client experience and achieve sales targets.
- Recruit, onboard and retain top retail talent; manage performance and career development.
- Drive sales through strategic planning, business analytics and productivity goal attainment.
- Ensure operational excellence across all store processes, including merchandising, inventory control and visual presentation.
- Activate local marketing and community engagement initiatives to generate foot traffic and brand awareness.
- Execute omnichannel sales strategies by leveraging available digital and in-store tools.
- Demonstrate flexibility and multi-tasking ability in a fast-paced outlet environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant Store Manager experience with a proven leadership track record.
- Demonstrable experience in hiring, performance management and team development.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience using sales analytics to build and execute strategic plans.
- Exceptional customer service and selling skills; passion for styling and luxury product presentation.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: adaptable, pragmatic problem-solver and effective brand ambassador.

Experience
Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in a Store Manager or senior retail supervisory role, preferably within luxury, premium or outlet retail, with evidence of driving sales, developing teams and managing store operations.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; undergraduate degree in Business, Retail Management or a related field preferred.
