Michael Kors seeks a Store Manager (Men's Outlet) in Leesburg, VA to lead a new outlet opening, drive omnichannel sales and develop retail teams.

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, develop and motivate a high-performing retail team to deliver an elevated customer experience and achieve store KPI targets.
- Recruit, hire and retain top retail talent; own onboarding, performance management and ongoing development.
- Drive sales through strategic planning, business analytics and productivity targets, including creation of local foot traffic via community engagement.
- Ensure operational excellence across all store processes, including visual merchandising, inventory control and loss prevention.
- Execute omnichannel strategies by leveraging available tools and technology to maximize conversions and client retention.
- Demonstrate flexibility in a fast-paced environment, resolving operational and customer-facing challenges through hands-on leadership.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years proven Store Manager experience in retail, with track record of coaching teams and delivering sales results.
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, develop and manage performance of retail staff.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience using business analytics to set and achieve productivity goals.
- Excellent client-facing skills with a passion for selling, styling and brand advocacy.
- Technologically literate with experience using omnichannel sales tools and retail systems.

Experience
At least 2+ years of relevant store manager experience, preferably within fashion, luxury or outlet retail environments, with demonstrated leadership and P&L responsibility.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business, retail management or a related field preferred.
