Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop the outlet store team to deliver an elevated client experience and meet sales objectives.
- Recruit, hire and retain top retail talent; oversee performance management and career development.
- Deliver operational excellence across store processes including visual merchandising, inventory control and loss prevention.
- Build and execute strategic sales plans using business analytics to achieve productivity and revenue targets.
- Drive omnichannel revenue by leveraging digital tools and company sales platforms.
- Generate local foot traffic through community engagement and brand activation initiatives.
- Demonstrate flexibility and multi-task effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced retail environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of proven Store Manager experience in a retail or outlet environment.
- Demonstrated leadership capability with experience in team development and performance management.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience using sales analytics to drive results.
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional client service and act as a brand ambassador.
- Comfortable using retail technology and omnichannel sales tools.

Experience
At least 2 years of relevant Store Manager experience with a track record of driving sales, developing teams and managing daily retail operations within a fashion or lifestyle brand—preferably in an outlet or high-volume environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, retail management or a related discipline preferred.
